Weekend retreat/Sonu Nigam

He hasn't had an off for the last seven years. Sonu Nigam's career keeps him jetsetting between recordings, concerts, video shoots, and hosting Sa Re Ga Ma. So what does he do when he gets a bit of time? ``Sleep. I love sleeping but never seem to get enough of it,'' he says.

At other times, his way of unwinding is telling himself, while working and composing music on the keyboards, that ``this is what you like. Relax and enjoy it!'' Once in a while Sonu logs on to the Internet, making music or listening to some. And yes, he doesn't miss his workouts at the gym, which for him are a way of easing up, though they are squeezed in between his gruelling schedules.

For him, an ideal holiday means catching up with sleep and spending time with the family. ``I just stick around at home to chat with my grandpa (who's come down from Delhi these days), my sisters and parents. And yes, play cricket!'' He does get to play a few badminton and table tennis games too while on foreign tours. Apart from that, he likes sight-seeing and reading (something light and brimming with general knowledge).

Still, given a chance, Sonu would just take time off and land home which he misses for long periods.
