Super Cassettes Industries Ltd. celebrated the success of their
new album, Jaan, with a grand function, held on February 28, in
Mumbai. The album, which has Sonu Nigam singing eight soul-stirring numbers, penned by Faaiz Anwar and composed by Nikhil-Vinay. According to the music company, Jaan has recorded even greater sales than Deewana (which again had Sonu Nigam as the singer and Faaiz Anwar as the lyricist), in just a few weeks of its release.
The music videos for the album have been directed by Anubhav Sinha, and the video of Deewane hoke hum was screened at the function. Celebrating the success with aplomb. Sonu Nigam, lyricist Faaiz Anwar, Bhooshan Kumar (MD, Super Cassettes), and composers Nikhil-Vinay flaunt their bouquets.
